CS-STUMENTAZIONE ELETTRONICA has today in its catalog new libraries, both for CS6015 and CS8014, that meet testing requirements of above Specifications. 
Additionally, these libraries offer the "ETSI-Test Program Builder" function. 

Now are available the ETSI ES 203 021 (replacing from few months the TBR/CTR021) - and ETSI TBR/CTR-038-May 1998- libraries. These libraries can be installed on your WIN8014 ad WIN6015, the application program for CS8014 and for CS6015  - Automatic Telephone Test Systems

The above Libraries, for every paragraph of respective Standards, propose optimized tests for our Telephone testing Sistems, with a large coverage of the Rules Requirements.

The requirements not automatically verified using the CS8014 or CS6015 only, are evidenced with a proper messages or comments. When is needed the Operator’s evaluation, a message with answer allows to insert also these subjective results into the final Test Report.

The WIN8014 and WIN6015 applications offer a facility able to build automatically a specific test program, tailored for the real functionality of the Telephone Equipment under test. 

The "ETSI Program Builder" facility is active only for the ETSI Libraries Buyers, by selecting the ETSI library as default. It’s now possible to build a test program for Testing Equipment, in which are inserted all and only the tests, meeting the relevant Requirements, defined as MANDATORY.

The "ETSI Program Builder" also produces the documents TBR Conditions table and TBR Requirements table, which must be attached with the final Test Report, accordingly with the Normative.
