Conformance Test System for Voice over IP Telephones
is a complete and automated test
solution, specially oriented for type approval and Testing LABs, complying Standards TIA/EIA
810A, TIA 920 and European Standards.

STRUMENTAZIONE ELETTRONICA S.r.l. has
developed a software tool and improved and modified some hardware aspects of
Test System CS8030, in order to make
possible connection with VoIP telephone
terminals and then implement measures of acoustical characteristics.
The CS8030VOIP-WB option allows to test VoIP telephones meeting
the requirements of TIA/EIA 810A/B, TIA/EIA 920 Standards and of European
Standards, at present in a draft release.
Using CS8030VOIP-WB becomes now
possible to operate both in narrow-Band (200÷4000Hz) and in wide-Band (100÷8000Hz)
mode.
Modern IP telephone sets, more and more, privilege this last characteristic.

The above composition of the Conformance Test
System let you able to verify the functionality and the Handset and hands-free
audio performance both
for Narrow-Band (200÷4000Hz) and in Wide-Band (100÷8000Hz) VoIP Telephones.
Based on ours
CS8030 Telephone Test Equipment, the System becomes able to perform all typical tests required for
digital wireline telephones.
The Test System is very effective if used in the Laboratories or in Quality
Control Department.
Due to its testing speed (less than 2 secs for acoustic test - response + loudness
rating) and due to a special measurement algorithms that frees the transmission measurements
from
environmental noise influence (no noise protection required!),
CS8030 represent a very appreciate solution for acoustic testing in
Telephone Manufacturing
environment.
All settings
and a complete CS8030 control can be easily made using its own menus.
Also the acoustic calibration procedures are well guided with instructions and
pictures, making calibrations of Test Heads and of Sound Level Meters very
speedy and easy.
The sequence of your test program can be assembled by choosing, in whatever order,
among more than twenty test types.
For each test, default parameters and limits are suggested, depending on the
selected Country specifications.
Furthermore, we can supply a library for your Country, by which you can build your own test
program depending of the functions offered by the telephone under test.
