Conformance Test System for PSTN Telephones with Short
Message (SMS) function is a complete and automated test
solution for type approval and factory testing complying the ETSI ES201 912 -
Standard - protocols 1 & 2.
The SMS Test System is composed by the following
devices:

CS8014 |
Basic Controller able to perform all the tests required by
the PSTN telephone Set. CS8014 must be used in conjunction with a Personal
Computer having WIN8014 management program, rel.2.4 or above,
already installed. The Personal Computer must
have two free serial ports. |

SGN-OPT+CLIP |
This option, installed on the
CS8014, let the System able to generate FSK messages either for CLIP and
for Short Messages. |
| Short Message Transceiver |
SMS-4 |
Interface able to receive the
Short Message (SMS) from the telephone under Test. |
The above composition of the Conformance Test
System let you able to verify the functionality of the Short Message
applied to the PSTN telephones.
